2Performant, a technology company and the leader of the affiliate marketing market in Romania, announces sales of 101.9 million euros (without VAT) generated by its platform in 2022, a 39% increase compared to the previous year, surpassing for the first time the 100 million euros threshold in the value of sales generated in a single year.
Of this amount, 35.6 million euros were generated in the 4th quarter alone, representing a 23% increase compared to last year.
“In a complicated year from an economic and social point of view, in which the local e-commerce industry recorded modest numbers, 2Performant once again proved its capacity for growth well above the market average. This is based on the anticipation of global trends in marketing and is reflected in the development of the platform and the ecosystem composed of thousands of affiliates and hundreds of online stores that transparently collaborate in a meritocratic system at Cost Per Sale. In the fourth quarter of 2022, the 2Performant platform intermediated 26.4 million clicks from its 6,588 registered users, resulting in 685,000 sales, a 30% increase compared to 2021. Also, affiliate commissions were 2.1 million euros, up 19% compared to last year, while the conversion rate increased with 0.4pp to 2.6%. Although the average value of the sale decreased by 5%…
